My husband, Robert has now been at Petaluma Care & Rehab. for almost 8 months. During that time his care has been excellent, his health has improved and our evaluation of the facility would be that it is very good. Bob appears to have no complaints about the food, his personal care or attention to his individual health needs. He has received therapy for getting "back on his feet". I think the activities department. does an excellent job of providing entertainment for the patients... We enjoy being able to so easily go outside to capitalize on the fresh air, sunshine and beautiful view.
My assessment of Petaluma Care & Rehab. would be that it is a very fine facility with caring and knowledgeable staff members, concern for comfort and cleanliness and ultimate interest in the well being of each patient."

The D. Family would like to express their appreciation for the excellent care and support provided by the Care and Rehab staff at "B" Street. Thelma was a resident for 3 months and during that period, we observed only positive things. Her room was always clean and she enjoyed her conversations and genuine caring attitude displayed by the staff.
